95 Emiten Dapat ‘Cap’ Khusus BEI Gara-gara Belum Kirim Laporan Keuangan, Ini Daftarnya!

JAKARTA, investor.id – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengumumkan 95 emiten belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan untuk periode yang berakhir per tanggal 31 Maret 2022.

Dalam menetapkan pengumuman ini, BEI menunjuk pada Surat Edaran Nomor: SE-00023/BEI/12-2021 tanggal 30 Desember 2021 perihal Penambahan Tampilan Informasi Notasi Khusus pada Kode Perusahaan Tercatat pada Kolom Remarks2 digit ke-19 sampai digit ke-30 dalam JATS maupun informasi yang ada pada website Bursa dan batas waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan periode yang berakhir per tanggal 31 Maret 2022

“Dengan ini diumumkan daftar notasi khusus ‘L’ per tanggal 3 Juni 2022,” jelas pengumuman BEI dikutip Senin (6/6/2022).

Notasi khusus “L” disematkan kepada perusahaan tercatat yang belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan.
