BSDE terbitkan Obligasi dan Sukuk Tahap I Rp 1 triliun

JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) berencana menerbitkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I 2022 dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Tahap I 2022 dengan total senilai Rp 1 triliun mulai kemarin (10/3) hingga (21/3). Bunga Obligasi sebesar 6%-6,75% per tahun dengan tenor tiga tahun dan bunga 7%-7,5% per tahun untuk tenor lima tahun.

Herwan Wijaya, Direktur PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) menyampaikan Obligasi Berkelanjutan ditawarkan Rp 800 miliar dan Sukuk Ijarah Rp 200 miliar. “Obligasi dan Sukuk masing-masing telah mendapat rating IdAA- dan IdAA-(sy) dari Pefindo,” katanya dalam siaran pers dikutip Jumat (11/3).

Menurut dia, dana hasil Obligasi dan Sukuk akan digunakan mengembangkan sejumlah proyek properti di BSD City yang telah memasuki tahap III dengan total lahan 2.450 Hektare (Ha) dan pembayaran sebagain pokok utang bank.

Perusahaan menunjuk penjamin pelaksana emisi obligasi dan sukuk yakni, PT Aldicitra Sekuritas Indonesia, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritasa dan PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. Dan, wali amanatnya PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). (LK)
