Kuasai Bank Bisnis Internasional, rencana Kredivo selanjutnya masih jadi teka-teki

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Finaccel Teknologi lndonesia atau Kredivo kini menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (BBSI) setelah menguasai 40% saham perusahaan. Asal tahu saja, sebelumnya, kepemilikan Kredivo di Bank Bisnis Internasional hanya 24%.

Adapun, tambahan 16% saham Bank Bisnis Internasional yang dibeli Kredivo setara dengan 484.244.700 saham. Nilai transaksi tersebut hanya Rp 439,69 miliar atau Rp 908 per saham. Harga tersebut berada di bawah harga pasar saham BBSI di pasar reguler yang kini ada di level Rp 6.000 per saham.

Dengan menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas di BBSI, rencana Kredivo ke depannya pun kini menjadi teka-teki. Ketika dihubungi Kontan.co.id, Kredivo masih enggan untuk membeberkan rencana selanjutnya setelah pembelian saham tersebut.

Sebelumnya, VP, Marketing & Communications Kredivo, Indina Andamari mengatakan bahwa saat ini Kredivo masih berfokus pada layanan pembiayaan digital dengan rencana beberapa tahun mendatang akan merambah vertikal bisnis yang lain, seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, pembiayaan kendaraan, dan UMKM.

“Bicara tentang lini bisnis, transaksi di e-commerce memberikan kontribusi terbesar saat ini,” imbuh Indina.

Tak hanya itu, Indina pun menyebutkan, Kredivo juga tengah mempersiapkan terkait rencana IPO di bursa saham Amerika Serikat dan mengincar masuk indeks Nasdaq. Jika sesuai rencana, hal tersebut akan terealisasikan di kuartal I-2022 mendatang.

“Sampai saat ini progres sudah sesuai dengan apa yang kami harapkan, kami sedang menyiapkan semua persyaratannya,” ujar Indina.

Untuk bisnis terkait bank, awal Agustus lalu, Kredivo sempat dirumorkan akan meluncurkan bank digital baru. Mengutip sumber Dealstreetasia, bank digital baru tersebut bernama Lime. Hanya saja, Indina menampik kabar tersebut.

“Yang kami bisa bilang itu tidak benar ya,” kata Indina, kala itu.
