Mahkota Group menerbitkan Medium Term Notes Rp90 miliar

JAKARTA. PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO) telah menerbitkan Medium Term Notes (MTN) dengan jumlah pokok Rp90 miliar, tanpa melalui penawaran umum.

Menurut keterangan dari Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), efek utang tersebut didaftarkan dengan nama MTN I Mahkota Group Tahun 2022. MTN ini ditawarkan dengan tingkat bunga 9% per tahun dan tenor selama 3 tahun.

MTN akan didistribusikan secara elektronik pada Selasa (12/4) besok. Sementara itu pembayaran kupon pertama akan dilakukan pada 12 Juli 2022 dan seterusnya, setiap 3 bulan sekali.

Menurut data idnfinancials.com, MGRO memiliki kas dan setara kas sebanyak Rp90,76 miliar pada akhir tahun buku 2021. Sementara itu total ekuitas perseroan tercatat sebanyak Rp709,8 miliar.

Pada perdagangan hari ini, harga saham MGRO bergerak menguat 15 poin atau 1,71% ke level Rp890 per lembar, pada pukul 14.38 WIB. Sedangkan sejak awal tahun 2022, harga saham MGRO bergerak menguat 35 poin atau 4,07%. (KR)
