Gajah Tunggal beli pabrik ban sepeda motor IRC

JAKARTA – PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL), produsen karet ban, memperluas fasilitas produksi ban motor dengan membeli bangunan pabrik dan mesin milik PT IRC Gajah Tunggal Manufacturing Indonesia (IGM), perusahaan terafiliasi yang 50% sahamnya dimiliki Inoue Rubber Co Ltd (IRC).

Dalam keterbukaan informasi dikutip Senin (11/4),  fasilitas pabrik tersebut seluas 11.652 m2 dan berada di Jatiwung, Tangerang, Banten. Pabrik tersebut akan digunakan menambah produksi ban sepeda motor tubeles terkait peningkatan kebutuhan jenis ban tersebut di pasar.

Nilai transaksi atas fasilitas tersebut ditetapkan Rp 219 miliar dengan rincian nilai bangunan Rp 60,71 miliar, sarana pelengkap lainnya Rp 12,23 miliar, dan mesin-peralatan lainnya Rp 146,05 miliar. Harga tersebut akan dibayar lunas kepada IGM dalam 60 hari setelah tagihan diterima oleh perusahaan.

Modal dasar IGM senilai Rp 270 miliar, modal ditempatkan dan disetor Rp 168,75 miliar dengan struktur pemegang saham GJTL dan IRC masing-masing 50%. (LK)
