EmitenNews.com – Direktur Utama PT Bank KB Bukopin (BBKP) mundur mendadak. Ya, Chang Su Choi meninggalkan kursi empuk KB Bukopin tanpa alasan jelas. Tentu tindakan meletakkan jabatan paling mentereng di lingkungan perusahaan tersebut mengundang tanda tanya.

Manajemen KB Bukopin juga tidak membeber penyebab Chang Su Choi tidak betah. ”Pada 26 April 2022, kami telah menerima surat pengunduran diri pak dirut tertanggal 25 April 2022,” tutur Slamet H Pradhana, Corporate Secretary Bank KB Bukopin. 

Selanjutnya, surat pengunduran diri Chang Su Choi akan diproses melalui rapat umum pemegang saham (RUPS) perseroan sesuai peraturan berlaku. RUPS merupakan sidang tertinggi, dan berwenang untuk mengambil keputusan. 

Aksi monarki Siri itu, tidak berdampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha emiten sebagai perusahaan publik. ”Kegiatan usaha, dan operasional perseroan tetap berjalan normal sebagaimana biasa,” ucap Slamet. (*)
