Lo Kheng Hong: Diversifikasi Hanya untuk Lindungi Ketidaktahuan

JAKARTA, investor.id – Lo Kheng Hong mengaku dirinya bukanlah tipe investor yang banyak melakukan diversifikasi portofolio saham.

Menurut dia, diversifikasi merupakan cara untuk melindungi ketidaktahuan investor terhadap perusahaan.

“Sebenarnya diversifikasi itu untuk melindungi ketidaktahuan kita. Kalau kita tidak tahu ya kita harus diversifikasi. Untuk melindungi ketidaktahuan kita,” ungkap Lo Kheng Hong dalam SPOD yang disiarkan akun YouTube Syailendra Capital dikutip Selasa (7/5/2022).

Dia menambahkan, diversifikasi diajarkan di universitas-universitas ternama dan pakar-pakar ekonomi juga mengajarkan diversifikasi.

“Sebetulnya diversifikasi itu untuk melindungi ketidaktahuan kita. Orang yang tahu membuat dia tidak bisa diversifikasi. Orang yang tahu membuat dia tidak bisa diversifikasi. Diversifikasi untuk melindungi ketidaktahuan kita,” tegas Lo Kheng Hong.
