Cuan Gede, Bayan Resources (BYAN) Gelontorkan Dividen Rp4.350 per Saham

EmitenNews.com – PT Bayan Resources (BYAN) bakal membagi dividen tunai USD1 miliar sekitar Rp14,5 triliun dengan kalkulasi kurs Rp14.500 per dolar Amerika Serikat (USD). So, pemegang saham akan menikmati dividen Rp4.350 per lembar.

Selain itu, laba bersih 2021 disetujui masuk pos pencatatan laba ditahan yang tidak dicadangkan. Keputusan ditetapkan da?am rapat umum pemegang saham tahunan pada 18 Mei 2022. Perseroan dan entitas usaha mencatat kinerja positif sepanjang periode tahun lalu.

Bayan Resources per 31 Desember 2022, mencatat pendapatan USD2,85 miliar. Menanjak 51,08 persen dari periode sama 2020 senilai USD1,39 miliar. Laba kotor senilai USD1,90 miliar, melesat 75,69 persen dari tahun sebelumnya USD462,86 juta. Laba bersih senilai USD1,21 miliar, melejit 72,93 persen dari periode sama tahun sebelumnya USD328,73 juta.

Sebelumnya, Adaro Energy (ADRO) menggunakan kurs tengah Bank Indonesia (BI) 18 Mei 2022 senilai Rp14.651 per dolar Amerika Serikat (USD). Dengan kurs itu, Adaro akan menebar dividen final USD300 juta setara Rp4,39 triliun. Sepanjang 2021, Adaro menggelorakan total dividen USD650 juta alias 9,52 triliun.

Dividen final Rp4,39 triliun itu, akan menyasar pemegang 31,08 miliar saham atau sejumlah Rp141,39 per saham. Pembagian dividen Adaro itu, telah diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan pada 27 April 2022. (*)
