Laba Turun, Charoen Pokphand (CPIN) Obral Dividen Rp1,77 Triliun

EmitenNews.com – PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia (CPIN) akan menggulirkan dividen Rp1,77 triliun. Alokasi itu, sekitar 48,91 persen dari laba bersih tahun lalu Rp3,61 triliun. Alhasil, pemegang saham akan membawa pulang dividen Rp108 per lembar.

Keputusan itu, telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) perseroan pada Senin (23/5). Selanjutnya, jadwal dan tata cara pembagian dividen akan diumumkan perusahaan melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

Berdasar laporan keuangan per 31 Desember 2021, Charoen mencetak penjualan bersih Rp51,69 triliun. Melesat 21,58 persen dari periode sama 2020 sejumlah Rp42,51 triliun. Beban pokok penjualan juga turut meningkat menjadi Rp43,55 triliun dari edisi sama 2020 sejumlah Rp34,26 triliun. 

Efeknya, laba bruto terkoreksi tipis menjadi Rp8,13 triliun dari periode sama 2020 senilai Rp8,25 triliun. Laba tahun berjalan dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk Charoe turun 5,90 persen menjadi Rp3,61 triliun dari edisi sama tahun sebelumnya Rp3,84 triliun. (*)
