Lo Kheng Hong: Jual Saham Wonderful Company Terus Masuk ke Bank Digital, Itu Tragedi!

JAKARTA, investor.id – Investor legendaris Lo Kheng Hong mengaku tak berani membeli saham bank digital ataupun perusahaan teknologi.

Hal tersebut disampaikannya saat menjadi tamu dalam podcast Hermanto Tanoko yang disiarkan di kanal YouTube pribadi.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Hermanto Tanoko menanyakan pendapat Lo Kheng Hong mengenai saham-saham bank digital dan perusahaan teknologi, mengingat saat ini banyak investor yang berminat menanamkan uangnya di perusahaan-perusahaan itu.

Bahkan, kata Hermanto, banyak juga yang melepas saham yang sudah dimilikinya untuk membeli saham perusahaan digital.

“Kalau dia, saham-saham dia, yang wonderful company, dia tukerin ke saham-saham bank digital dan teknologi itu tragedi buat dia,” jawab Lo Kheng Hong dikutip Jumat (10/6/2022).

Menurut Lo Kheng Hong, tragedi itu karena investor sudah memiliki saham perusahaan bagus tapi dijual dan membeli saham perusahaan yang rugi dengan valuasi yang mahal.

“Dia punya wonderful company, masuk ke perusahaan yang rugi dan valuasinya mahal, akhirnya pada turun. Jadi, kalau dia menjual saham-saham wonderful company dan dia masuk ke perusahaan teknologi dan digital itu tragedi buat dia,” papar Pak Lo, sapaan akrabnya.

Lo Kheng Hong menilai, meski saham bank digital mengalami kenaikan yang luar biasa, tapi kenaikan itu tidak didukung dengan fundamental dan laba yang besar.

“Kenaikan yang luar biasa itu tidak didukung dengan fundamental dengan laba yang besar, tentu sangat mengerikan, gak ada fundamentalnya,” papar Pak Lo.

“Misalnya, perusahaan rugi yang valuasinya mahal sekali, itu tentu kita gak berani sentuh. Kita jangan pikirin naiknya, tapi kita harus pikirin turunnya, risikonya. Jadi kalau masuk perusahaan seperti itu bagi saya high risk low gain. Saya biasanya milih saham perusahaan yang low risk high gain,” lanjut Pak Lo.
