Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Jajakan Obligasi Rp2 Triliun, KB Bukopin Jadi Wali Amanat

EmitenNews.com – PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper akan melakukan penawaran obligasi tahun 2022 dengan jumlah maksimal Rp2 triliun.

Menurut prospektus perseroan Senin disebutkan, obligasi ini akan terdiri dari tiga seri dimana seri A berjangka waktu 370 hari, seri B 3 tahun dan seri C 5 tahun.

Selain itu perseroan juga akan menawarkan sukuk mudharabah tahun 2022 sebanyak-banyaknya Rp1 triliun yang terdiri dari tiga seri dengan jangka waktu 370 hari, 3 dan 5 tahun.

Pefindo memberikan peringkat idA bagi obligasi dan sukuk perseroan dimana penjamin pelaksana emisi Aldacitra Sekuritas, BCA Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, Indopremier Sekuritas, Korea Investment Sekuritas, Mandiri Sekuritas, Sucor Sekuritas dan Trimegah Sekuritas dengan wali amanat bank KB Bukopin (BBKP).

Perkiraan masa penawaran umum pada 4-8 Juli 2022 dan perkiraan pencatatan di BEI pada 15 Juli 2022.

Rencana penggunaan dana dari emisi obligasi dan sukuk ini 60% untuk pembayaran utang dan kegiatan operasional perseroan serta sisanya untuk modal kerja perseroan.
