Bank BCA (BBCA) Guyur Pinjaman Lunak Entitas Usaha Sarana Menara (TOWR) Rp1,5 Triliun

EmitenNews.com – Entitas usaha PT Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR) mendapat tambahan fasilitas Rp1,5 triliun. Pinjaman itu, diperoleh dari PT Bank Central Asia (BBCA). Sejumlah anak usaha perseroan meneken perjanjian perubahan kedua belas tersebut pada 16 Juni 2022.

Entitas usaha perseroan meliputi PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN), PT Solusi Tunas Pratama (SUPR), PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (BIT), PT Quattro International (QTR), dan PT Global Indonesia Komunikatama (GIK).

Perjanjian itu, merupakan perubahan atas fasilitas kredit berdasar Rp500 miliar revolving loan facility agreement pada 16 Desember 2016 telah mengalami beberapa perubahan, dengan perubahan terakhir yaitu perubahan kesebelas pada 4 Maret 2022.

”Menyusul perjanjian perubahan keduabelas, seluruh pihak telah sepakat menambah peminjam pada perjanjian fasilitas, dan menambahkan fasilitas kredit investasi 6 sejumlah Rp1,5 triliun untuk protelindo, Iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT, QTR, dan GIK,” tulis Adam Gifari, Wakil Direktur Utama Sarana Menara.

Dengan fasilitas itu, Protelindo, Iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT, QTR, dan GIK bertanggung jawab secara tanggung renteng terhadap seluruh kewajiban. Jangka waktu atas fasilitas ini sampai 31 Desember 2022. Perjanjian perubahan keduabelas itu, masuk transaksi afiliasi sebagaimana POJK 42. Itu karena seluruh pihak secara tidak langsung dimiliki, dan dikendalikan Djarum Group keluarga Robert Budi Hartono. dan keluarga Michael Bambang Hartono.

Manajemen Sarana Menara memastikan, tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha perseroan atas perjanjian perubahan keduabelas oleh Protelindo, Iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT, QTR, dan GIK. (*)
