Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Naikan Modal Anak Usaha Logistik (ASL) Rp18,4 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) melakukan peningkatan modal di anak usaha yakni PT Adi Sarana Logistik (ASL) pada tanggal 20 Juni 2022.

Pjs Corporate Secretary ASSA, Prodjo Sunarjanto dalam keterangan resmi Rabu (22/6) menuturkan bahwa berdasarkan Memorandum of Understanding (MOU ) tanggal 2 Juni 2022 ASSA meningkatkan modal kepada ASL sebesar Rp18,4 miliar.

Prodjo memaparkan Transaksi ini dan bersifat afiliasi sesuai regulasi OJK nomor 42/POJK.04/2020 dimana ASL anak anak usaha ASSA dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 40% selanjutnya terdapat kesamaan manajemen dimana Tjoeng Suyanto menjabat sebagai Direktur ASSA dan komisaris utama di ASL.

Pasca peningkatan modal, maka modal dasar ASL serta modal ditempatkan dan disetor menjadi Rp148,11 miliar setara dengan 148.112 lembar saham.

Dengan komposisi pemegang saham ASSA dan PT. Roda Bangun Selaras masing-masing menguasai 40% saham ASL sebanyak 59.245 lembar saham senilai Rp59,2 miliar dan Top Haze limited sebesar 29.622 lembar saham setara dengan 20% senilai Rp29,6 miliar.

“Dengan peningkatan modal ini, ASL diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif kepada ASSA,”pungkasnya.
