JAKARTA, investor.id – Investor kawakan Lo Kheng Hong terpantau menambah saham PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL).

Per 31 Mei 2022, Lo Kheng Hong tercatat sebagai pemegang 178.012.400 saham GJTL atau 5,108%. Selain Pak Lo, sapaan akrabnya, pemegang saham GJTL yang mencapai 5% atau lebih adalah Compagnie Financiere Michelin SCMA 10% dan Denham Pte Ltd 49,5%.

Namun, dari pantauan data pada Selasa (21/6/2022), Lo Kheng Hong tercatat membeli 1.888.600 saham GJTL pada 17 Juni 2022 sehingga jumlahnya menjadi 179.901.000 saham GJTL atau 5,16%.

Saham GJTL sendiri pada perdagangan Selasa, 21 Juni 2022, dibuka di Rp 655 atau sama dengan harga penutupan sehari sebelumnya. Sedangkan, pada 17 Juni 2022, saham GJTL ditutup di Rp 645.

Sebelumnya, Lo Kheng Hong juga menambah saham PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) di periode Mei 2022.

Hal tersebut terungkap dalam laporan biro administrasi efek Datindo Entrycom perihal pemilikan saham PTRO yang mencapai 5% atau lebih per 31 Mei 2022 yang diunggah pada keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Selasa (7/6/2022).

Dalam laporan itu, Lo Kheng Hong sebagai investor perorangan tercatat memegang sebanyak 151.460.000 saham PTRO atau 15,017%. Sedangkan, PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) menguasai sebesar 704.014.200 saham PTRO atau 69,801%.

Sementara itu, dalam laporan biro administrasi per 30 April 2022, Lo Kheng Hong tercatat memiliki 151.142.100 saham PTRO atau 14,985%. Adapun Indika tetap sama memegang 704.014.200 saham PTRO atau 69,801%.

Artinya, berdasarkan laporan bulan April dan Mei 2022, saham PTRO yang dimiliki Lo Kheng Hong bertambah sebesar 317.900 saham atau 0,032%.
