Pelican Company Borong 271,87 Juta Saham Mulia Boga (KEJU) Rp1.126 per Lembar

EmitenNews.com – Pelican Company Limited memborong saham Mulia Boga Raya (KEJU) senilai Rp306,13 miliar. Itu setelah menyerok 271.875.000 lembar alias 271,87 juta lembar dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp1.126 per lembar. 

Aksi beli perusahaan berbasis di Kepulauan Cayman itu, dilakukan pada 8 Juli 2022. ”Transaksi untuk kepentingan investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Richard Kidarsa, Direktur Pelican Company Limited.

Menyusul transaksi itu, porsi kepemilikan saham Pelican Company bertambah menjadi 271,87 juta lembar alias 18,13 persen dari sebelumnya nihil. Pelican Company membeli saham milik Lie Po Fung. Lie Po tercatat melepas 168.750.000 lembar atau 168,75 juta lembar senilai Rp190 miliar.

Selanjutnya, Pelican Company menyapu bersih saham yang dilepas Sandjaya Rusli. Sandjaja tercatat mendivestasi 103.125.000 lembar atau 103,12 juta lembar senilai Rp116,11 miliar. Efeknya, koleksi saham Sandjaya menjadi nol persen alias nihil. 

Saat bersamaan, PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya menyerok 37.500.000 lembar senilai Rp42,22 miliar. Menyusul transaksi itu, koleksi saham Tudung Putra menjadi 112 juta lembar alias 7,5 persen. Bertambah 2,5 persen dari sebelum transaksi dengan porsi 75 juta lembar atau 5 persen. (*)
