Prospek Stabil, Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Menyandang Rating idA

EmitenNews.com – Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) menetapkan peringkat Wijaya Karya (WIKA) dengan idA. Itu juga berlaku untuk obligasi berkelanjutan I Tahun 2020, obligasi berkelanjutan II Tahun 2021, dan peringkat idA(sy) Sukuk Mudharabah berkelanjutan I Tahun 2020, dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Tahun 2021. 

Selanjutnya, Pefindo melabeli rating idA atas rencana obligasi berkelanjutan III Tahun 2022 maksimum Rp4 triliun, dan peringkat idA(sy) kepada rencana Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan III Tahun 2022 maksimum Rp1 triliun. Dana hasil obligasi untuk refinance utang, dan membiayai kebutuhan modal kerja. 

Prospek untuk peringkat perusahaan stabil. Peringkat itu, merefleksikan posisi pasar kuat di industri konstruksi nasional, sumber pendapatan terdiversifikasi, dan fleksibilitas keuangan kuat. Peringkat dibatasi profil keuangan agresif, risiko ekspansi ke bisnis baru, dan lingkungan bisnis bergejolak. 

Peringkat dapat dinaikkan kalau WIKA secara signifikan memperkuat leverage keuangan, debt service coverage secara berkelanjutan, dan menunjukkan arus kas stabil didukung bisnis lebih terdiversifikasi. Peringkat dapat dilorot kalau perusahaan berutang secara signifikan lebih tinggi dari proyeksi tanpa peningkatan EBITDA secara berkelanjutan.
