Tumbuh Signifikan, Summarecon Agung (SMRA) Kantongi Laba Semester I-2022 Rp254 M

EmitenNews.com-PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) membukukan laba bersih sebesar Rp254,6 miliar pada semester I 2022, atau naik dibandingkan periode sama tahun 2021 yang terbilang Rp108,5 miliar.

Hasil itu mendongkrak laba per saham yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk ke level Rp15,42, sedangkan di akhir Juni 2021 berada di level Rp7,52.

Data tersebut tersaji dalam laporan keuangan semester I 2022 tanpa audit emiten properti itu yang diunggah pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jumat (5/8/2022).

Jelasnya, pendapatan tumbuh 10,98 persen meniadi Rp2,728 triliun. Sedangkan beban pokok penjualan dan beban langsung naik tipis 0,3 persen menjadi Rp1,276 triliun. Sehingga laba kotor tumbuh 22,42 persen menjadi Rp1,452 triliun.

Sementara itu, liabilitas kontrak kepada pihak ketiga naik 75,93 persen dibanding akhir tahun 2021 menjadi Rp4,006 triliun. Dampaknya, aset tumbuh 4,6 persen menjadi Rp27,236 triliun.

Menariknya, kas bersih yang diperoleh dari aktivitas operasi mencapai Rp1,747 triliun, atau naik 71,1 persen dibandingkan akhir Juni 2021 sebesar Rp1,021 triliun.
