Debut Rohartindo (TOOL) di BEI Tancap Gas, ARA!

JAKARTA, investor.id – PT Rohartindo Nusantara Luas Tbk (TOOL) resmi mencatatkan (listing) sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Selasa (9/8/2022).

Pada perdagangan perdana di pasar sekunder, saham TOOL dibuka di Rp 160 atau melesat 25,98% dari harga penawaran umum perdana (initial public offering/IPO) Rp 127. Kemudian TOOL melesat 34,65%, membentur batas auto reject atas (ARA), ke Rp 171. Posisi tersebut tetap bertahan selama dipantau di 20 menit perdagangan awal sesi I.

Sebelumnya, IPO TOOL terjadi oversubscribed sebanyak 106,89 kali. Perseroan berhasil meraup dana segar sebesar Rp 52,070 miliar dengan total investor sebanyak 31.227. Perseroan menetapkan harga penawaran umum pemegang saham sebesar Rp127.

“Melihat banyaknya antusiasme investor publik pada TOOL, kami optimis dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan pada tahun-tahun mendatang, dan pesatnya tingkat permintaan koper robot Airwheel yang sedang tren ikut mendongkrak omset penjualan perseroan,” ujar Direktur Utama TOOL Ronald Hartono Tan, Selasa (9/8/2022).

Dana yang diperoleh dari hasil IPO ini akan digunakan untuk membeli aset berupa 3 unit ruko dan 2 unit gudang untuk pengembangan usaha dan akan digunakan untuk modal kerja dalam rangka pengembangan bisnis perseroan yaitu penambahan barang-barang inventory perseroan untuk dijual. Barang-barang inventory yang akan dibeli itu adalah penambahan produk perkakas, penambahan produk peralatan rumah tangga, dan untuk penambahan produk tas dan koper.
