Aksi Perdana, Direktur Ini Boyong 1,44 Juta Saham Hensel Davest (HDIT) Rp73 per Lembar

EmitenNews.com – Hendra David mulai memboyong saham Hensel Davest Indonesia (HDIT). Untuk kali pertama, sang direski mengoleksi 1.449.200 saham alias 1,44 juta lembar. Transaksi pembelian dilakukan dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp73 per lembar.

Hendra menyerok saham perseroan pada 15 Agustus 2022. Untuk menebus saham itu, Hendra merogoh dana sekitar Rp105,79 juta. ”Transaksi untuk investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Ferdiana Tjahyadi, Direktur & Corporate Secretary Hensel Davest Indonesia. 

Dengan penuntasan transaksi tersebut, kini Hendra menguasai saham Hensel Davest sebanyak 1,44 juta lembar atau setara dengan 0,095 persen. Maklum, sebelum transaksi tersebut, porsi kepemilikan saham di tangan Hendra tergolong nihil alias kosong. 

Per 31 Juli 2022, pemegang saham Hensel Davest antara lain Davest Investama 821,8 juta lembar alias 53,9 persen, Anugerah Indonesia 131,5 juta saham setara 8,62 persen, Anugerah Berkat 11 juta lembar atau 0,72 persen, dan masyarakat 560,37 juta lembar selevel 36,75 persen. (*)
