Batalkan RUPSLB, Ini Penjelasan Bank Nationalnobu (NOBU)

EmitenNews.com – Bank Nationalnobu (NOBU) akhirnya membatalkan rencana rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa. Itu setelah mengalami serangkaian penundaan. Alasannya, perusahaan masih harus menempuh sejumlah prosedur perlu dilalui.

”Prosedur itu menyangkut rencana transaksi inbreng aset Star Pacific (LPLI) untuk memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku, dan perintah Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK),” tulis manajemen Bank Nobu.

Selanjutnya, kalau perseroan akan menggelar kembali RUPSLB untuk memenuhi penambahan modal dengan memberikan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu alias right issue, perseroan akan menyampaikan kembali rencana penyelenggaraan RUPSLB sesuai ketentuan Peraturan OJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020.

Awalnya, RUPS dan RUPSLB akan digelar pada 14 Juli 2022 pukul 14.00 WIB. Sejumlah agenda bakal dibahas dalam hajatan tersebut. Mulai persetujuan laporan tahunan, dan laporan keuangan tahunan, persetujuan penggunaan laba bersih, persetujuan peningkatan modal dasar hingga persetujuan rencana right issue. (*)
