JAKARTA, investor.id – Investor saham terkemuka Lo Kheng Hong, dalam sebuah forum, menjawab pertanyaan mengenai kapan waktu yang tepat untuk menjual saham.

Menurutnya, jawabannya dari pertanyaan tersebut sangatlah sederhana, yaitu ketika membeli saham ‘Mercy’ harga ‘Avanza’, maka ketika saham tersebut balik ke harga ‘Mercy’, maka itulah waktu yang tepat untuk menjualnya.

“Wah ini sebetulnya sederhana, simple, mudah. Kalau saya membeli Mercy harga Avanza tentu saja ketika dia balik ke Mercy baru saya jual di harga wajar,” ungkap Lo Kheng Hong dikutip dari kanal YouTube HungryStock, Selasa (27/9/2022).

Namun, lanjut Lo Kheng Hong, strategi tersebut sebaiknya tak diterapkan di saham perusahaan-perusahaan yang terus bertumbuh (wonderful company).

“Kecuali itu wonderful company dipegang aja seumur hidup karena dia akan growing terus, bertumbuh terus. Growing rich with growing company,” lengkap Pak Lo, sapaan akrabnya.

“Jadi sederhana sekali kapan kita menjual, ketika perusahaan yang kita beli sudah mencapai harga wajarnya ya kita jual. Kecuali itu wonderful company ya jangan kita jual, selamanya kita pegang terus karena dia akan terus growingGrowing rich with a growing company. Kita menjadi kaya bersama-sama dengan perusahaan kita yang terus bertumbuh,” imbuhnya.
