Waspada! 2 Saham Ini Sedang di Pantau BEI Karena Peningkatan Aktivitas

EmitenNews.com—PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tengah memantau pergerakan saham PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS) dan PT Agung Menjangan Mas Tbk (AMMS). Pasalnya saham TFAS dan AMMS mengalami peningkatan harga saham dan aktivitas  yang di luar kebiasaan (Unusual Market Activity/ UMA).

Sebagai gambaran informasi, saham TFAS pada Kamis, 22 September 2022  masih di level Rp4.210  per lembar dan pada penutupan kemarin, Rabu 28 September 2022 sudah di level Rp5.900 per lembar atau melonjak 40,14 persen setara 1.690 poin dalam kurun waktu t5 hari bursa.

Adapun saham AMMS malah sebaliknya, mengalami koreksi cukup dalam 26,52 persen atau 48 poin dalam kurun 5 hari sejak Kamis 22 September 2022 dari Rp180 per saham hingga penutupan kemarin Rabu 28 September 2022 di Rp133 per saham.

Kepala Divisi Pengawasan Transaksi BEI, Lidia M. Panjaitan mengatakan bahwa meski terjadi UMA, namun tidak serta merta menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan di pasar modal.

“Sehubungan dengan terjadinya Unusual Market Activity atas saham  TFAS dan AMMS tersebut, perlu kami sampaikan bahwa Bursa saat ini sedang mencermati perkembangan pola transaksi saham ini,” kata Lidia dalam keterbukaan informasi publik BEI, Kamis (29/9).

Informasi terakhir mengenai Perusahaan Tercatat adalah informasi tanggal 7 dan 9 September 2022 yang dipublikasikan melalui website PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (”Bursa”) terkait laporan bulanan registrasi pemegang efek.

Dengan pengumuman bursa terkait UMA ini, Lidia berharap para investor untuk selalu memperhatikan jawaban perseroan atas permintaan konfirmasi Bursa. Pemegang saham atau investor diharapkan untuk mencermati kinerja dan keterbukaan informasinya. Selain itu juga perlu mengkaji kembali rencana corporate action perusahaan apabila rencana tersebut belum mendapatkan persetujuan RUPS .

“Investor juga perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai kemungkinan yang dapat timbul di kemudian hari sebelum melakukan pengambilan keputusan investasi,” pungkas dia.
