Eksekusi MESOP, Pandu Sjahrir Borong 7,63 Juta Saham TBS Energi (TOBA) Rp590 per Helai

EmitenNews.com – Sejumlah pengurus teras TBS Energi Utama (TOBA) mengeksekusi program kepemilikan saham manajemen dan karyawan senilai Rp9,54 miliar. Itu setelah para penggede perusahaan menyerok 16.174.623 lembar alias 16,17 juta eksemplar. MESOP tahap I tersebut dibalut harga pelaksanaan Rp590 per eksemplar. 

MESOP tahap I berskema private placement itu melibatkan Dicky Yordan Direktur Utama, Pandu Sjahrir Wakil Direktur Utama, Alvin Firman Sunanda Direktur, Tgeuh Alamsyah Direktur, dan Juli Oktarian sebagai direktur.  

Dicky Yordan, Direktur Utama TBS Energi Utama menyerok 7.633.600 helai atau 7,63 juta lembar setara 0,094 persen pada harga pelaksanaan Rp590 per helai. Dengan pelaksanaan transaksi pada 14 Desember 2022 itu, Dicky dipaksa merogoh dana taktis Rp4,5 miliar. 

Selanjutnya, Wakil Presiden Direktur TBS Energi Utama Pandu Sjahrir, memborong 7,63 juta lembar setara 0,094 persen senilai Rp4,5 miliar. Lalu, Direktur Alvin Firman Sunanda menjala 330.860 lembar alias 0,004 persen senilai Rp195 juta. 

Kemudian, Direktur Teguh Alamsyah menjaring 281.250 lembar setara 0,003 persen senilai Rp165,93 juta. Dan, terakhir Direktur Juli Oktarina mendapat bagian 295.313 lembar alias 0,003 persen sejumlah Rp174,23 juta. ”Transaksi berupa kepemilikan saham melalui program MESOP,” tulis Dicky Yordan, Direktur Utama TBS Energi Utama.

Sebelumnya, TBS Energi Utama mengantongi dana taktis Rp10,8 miliar. Itu dari realisasi program kepemilikan saham manajemen dan karyawan (MESOP) berskema private placement. MESOP tahap I baru terserap 18.307.057 saham pada harga pelaksanaan Rp590 per lembar. 

Pelaksanaan MESOP itu, sekitar 22,8 persen dari total penawaran 80.499.640 lembar. Dengan begitu, jumlah opsi belum dilaksanakan, dan masih berlaku tercatat 62.192.582 lembar. ”Periode MESOP tahap I telah dilaksanakan pada 14 Desember 2022 sampai 21 Desember 2022,” tulis Dicky Yordan, Direktur Utama TBS Energi Utama.
