Gugat Greylag Ditelisik BEI, Saham Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) Kembali Tumbang

EmitenNews.com – Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) mengajukan upaya terhadap dua lessor pesawat. Itu sebagai babian integral dari proses restrukturisasi yang telah tuntas. Gugatan itu, teregister dengan nomor perkara No.793/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Pst., tertanggal 30 Desember 2022. 

Dua lessor pesawat itu Greylag Goose Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company (Greylag 1410) dan Greylag Goose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company (Greylag 1446). Upaya hukum yang diajukan Garuda Indonesia tersebut didasari sejumlah pertimbangan.

Alasan paling utama yaitu, Greylag 1410 dan Greylag 1446 telah melakukan berbagai upaya hukum di beberapa negara lain sehubungan dengan Putusan Homologasi atas perkara PKPU perseroan. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan implikasi terhadap kelancaran proses pelaksanaan perjanjian perdamaian. 

Nah, untuk itu dalam memperkuat landasan hukum atas tahapan restrukturisasi yang tengah dijalankan perseroan, dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip kehati-hatian, dan komitmen terhadap para kreditur, perseroan mengambil langkah pengajuan gugatan bernomor 793.

Kalau seandainya ditolak, bagaimana nasib pesawat dalam sengketa dengan Greylag? ”Perseroan akan tetap mengacu pada Putusan Homologasi untuk penyelesaian armada yang disewa melalui Greylag 1410, dan Greylag 1446,” tulis Irfan Setiaputera, Direktur Utama Garuda Indonesia. 

Menyudahi perdagangan kemarin, saham Garuda Indonesia kembali jeblok. Menyusuri zona auto rejection bawah (ARB) menjadi Rp163. Terkelupas 12 poin atau 6,7 persen dari penutupa perdagangan hari sebelumnya di kisaran Rp175 per lembar. 

Saham Garuda Indonesia berayun di level tertinggi Rp175, terendah Rp163, dan rata-rata Rp165. Sepanjang perdagangan, saham Garuda Indonesia ditransaksikan 84.132 lot senilai Rp1,39 miliar dengan nilai kapitalisasi pasar Rp14,91 triliun. Dengan data dan fakta itu, Garuda Indonesia telah menjalani ARB tiga kali beruntun. (*)
