Melesat 141 Persen, Eastparc Hotel (EAST) Bukukan Laba Rp29,7 M di 2022

EmitenNews.com – PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) hingga akhir 2022 membukukan laba tahun berjalan sebesar Rp29,761 miliar atau melesat 141 persen dibandingkan tahun 2021 yang hanya mencatatkan laba sebesar Rp12,146 miliar.

Dalam laporan keuangan Desember 2022 yang disampaikan ke Bursa EFek Indonesia (BEI) Senin (6/2) disebutkan kenaikan laba tersebut didorong melesatnya pendapatan hingga 69,4 persen  menjadi Rp86,44 miliar. yakni dari pendapatan  sewa kamar sebesar 71 persen  menjadi Rp55,377 miliar dan penjualan makanan dan minuman naik 71 persen menjadi Rp28,785 miliar.

Walau beban pokok pendapatan  naik 97 persen menjadi Rp22,726 miliar. Tapi laba kotor naik 80 persen menjadi Rp63,714 miliar.

Sementara itu, total kewajiban bertambah 71 persen menjadi Rp24,29 miliar. Salah satu pemicunya, penarikan  utang bank jangka pendek senilai Rp4 miliar. Sedangkan ekuitas tumbuh 1,6 persen menjadi Rp249,69 miliar.
