Bukit Asam (PTBA) Absen Kegiatan Eksplorasi Enam Bulan, Ada Apa?

EmitenNews.com – PT Bukit Asam (PTBA) bakal vakum. Tidak melakukan aktivitas eksplorasi. Paling tidak sampai September 2023 absen dari kegiatan eksplorasi tersebut.

”Ya, sepanjang enam bulan ke depan perseroan tidak melakukan kegiatan eksplorasi,” tulis Apollonius Andwie C, Corporate Secretary Bukit Asam. 

Dengan keputusan tersebut, Bukit Asam tidak akan melakukan aktivitas eksplorasi untuk penambahan sumber daya di luar yang telah memperoleh izin eksploitasi. Keputusan itu, berdasar ketentuan surat Bursa Efek Indonesia nomor S-1140/BEJ-PSAR/09-2005 tanggal 6 September mengenai penyampaian laporan bulanan aktivitas eksplorasi emiten pertambangan non oil, dan gas. 

Sepanjang tahun lalu, Bukit Asam membukukan laba bersih Rp12,6 triliun atau melesat 159 persen dari tahun sebelumnya senilai Rp7,9 triliun. Pencapaian laba bersih itu, didukung pendapatan sebesar Rp42,6 triliun atau naik 146 persen dibanding 2021 sejumlah Rp29,3 triliun.

Total aset sebesar Rp45,4 tiriliun, atau melejit 126 persen dibanding edisi sama 2021 sejumlah Rp36,1 triliun. Kenaikan signifikan pendapatan, dan laba bersih didorong pemulihan ekonomi global maupun nasional diikuti peningkatan permintaan sektor batu bara, dan kenaikan harga jual batu bara signifikan.

Pencapaian bersejarah itu, juga didukung peningkatan kinerja operasional sepanjang tahun 2022. Selain itu juga, perseroan selalu mengedepankan cost leadership setiap lini perusahaan. Dengan begitu, penerapan efisiensi secara berkelanjutan dapat dilakukan secara optimal. (*)
