(ROTI) telah menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) yang berlangsung hari ini Rabu (5/4) menyetujui Laporan Direksi Perseroan mengenai jalannya Perseroan yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2022 dan Pengesahan Neraca dan Penghitungan Laba Rugi Perseroan untuk tahun 2022.

Manajemen ROTI dalam rilisnya Kamis (5/4) menyampaikan bahwa, RUPS  menyetujui pembagian Dividen Tunai dengan total sebesar Rp607 miliar yang dijadwalkan akan dibagikan pada tanggal 28 April 2023.

Selanjutnya, Rapat juga menyetujui penunjukan Kantor Akuntan Publik terdaftar dan pemberian wewenang kepada Dewan Komisaris untuk menetapkan honorarium dan persyaratan penunjukannya, serta menyetujui pemberian wewenang kepada Dewan Komisaris untuk menentukan besarnya gaji dan tunjangan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan.
