Abaikan Defisit, NBS Clients Kembali Borong 200 Juta Saham Bumi Resources (BUMI)

EmitenNews.com – NBS Clients belum berhenti mengoleksi saham Bumi Resources (BUMI). Perusahaan berbasis di Zurich, Swiss itu kembali menjala 200 juta lembar. Aksi senyap tersebut melengkapi rentetan transaksi sebelumnya. 

Pembelian tanpa data-data pendukung tersebut terjadi pada 26 Agustus 2022. Dengan serangkaian transaksi tersebut, kini NBS Clients menggenggam saham emiten tambang batu bara di bawah payung kebesaran Bakrie Group sebanyak 13,10 miliar lembar. 

Tabulasi saham sejumlah itu setara dengan 9,26 persen. Bertambah 0,04 persen dari posisi semula 12,90 miliar lembar atau selevel dengan porsi 9,22 persen. Sebelumnya, pada 25 Agustus 2022, NBS Clients menyedot 300 juta saham perseroan.

Pada periode 23-25 Agustus 2022, NBS Clients menjala 3.292.155.600 alias 3,29 miliar lembar atau 2,35 persen. Nah, pada perdagangan kemarin, saham Bumi Resources melejit 9 poin atau 5,33 persen menjadi Rp178 per lembar. Disebut-sebut saham Bumi Resources akan tembus Rp200 per lembar. 

Sekadar informasi, Bumi Resources semester pertama 2022 mencatat pendapatan konsolidasi USD3,81 miliar. Menanjak 66 persen dari periode sama tahun lalu USD2,29 miliar. Beban pokok pendapatan USD2,72 miliar, naik dibanding edisi sama tahun lalu USD1,81 miliar. 

Laba bersih USD167,7 juta melangit 8.726 persen dari periode sama tahun lalu USD1,9 juta. Manajemen Bumi Resources mengklaim pendapatan USD3,81 miliar berdampak kenaikan USD1,52 miliar secara tahunan. Jumlah aset USD4,46 miliar, menanjak dari periode akhir 2021 senilai USD4,22 miliar. Liabilitas USD3,57 miliar dari edisi akhir 2021 sejumlah USD3,57 miliar. 

Hanya, Bumi Resources menyandang defisit USD2,71 miliar, turun tipis dari edisi akhir 2021 sejumlah USD2,88 miliar. Selain itu, perseroan tengah negosiasi restrukturisasi pinjaman jangka panjang USD1,04 miliar akan jatuh tempo pada Desember 2022. (*)
