Akselerasi Tol Serang Panimbang, Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Suntik Modal WSP Rp100 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) menggerojok entitas usaha Rp100 miliar. Fasilitas non-cash loan itu, mengucur deras kepada Wijaya Karya Serang Panimbang (WSP). Dana taktis tersebut untuk mendukung kelancaran proyek Jalan Tol Serang Panimbang.

Realisasi pemberian fasilitas plafond pinjaman non-cash loan tersebut dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Di mana, nilai transaksi diberikan tidak secara sekaligus namun pelaksanaannya dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan WSP, besarannya sesuai plafon yang disetujui dalam RKAP. 

Perseroan meyakini suntikan modal itu, WSP dapat segera memperoleh dana untuk modal kerja. Dengan begitu, dapat memperlancar kegiatan operasional pembangunan jalan tol. Selain itu, membantu target penyelesaian ruas jalan tol yang direncanakan selesai sesuai jadwal operasional.

Transaksi itu masuk afiliasi karena perseroan salah satu pemegang saham WSP dengan kepemilikan saham 83,42 persen. Selain itu, berdasar susunan kepengurusan juga terdapat hubungan afiliasi. Di mana, salah satu anggota direksi perseroan, yaitu Direktur Quality, Health, Safety and Environment merangkap jabatan Komisaris Utama WSP. (*)
