Aksi Jual Saham First Media (KBLV) Lanjut, Porsi Kepemilikan Trijaya Tersisa 13,05 Persen

EmitenNews.com – PT Trijaya Putra Mulia (TPM) kembali menjual 60.976.000 alias 60,97 juta saham First Media (KBLV). Trijaya melego saham First Media dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp250 per lembar. Dengan transaksi pada 21 April 2022 itu, Trijaya meraup dana Rp15,24 miliar.

Menyusul transaksi itu, porsi kepemilikan saham Trijaya makin menciut. Terpangkas 3,5 persen menjadi 227,27 juta lembar setara 13,05 persen. Berkurang dari sebelum transaksi sebanyak 288,25 juta lembar alias 16,55 persen. 

”Transaksi divestasi dilakukan untuk kepentingan internal perseroan dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tutur Eddy Harsono Handoko, Presiden Direktur PT Trijaya Putra Mulia, Selasa (26/4).

Sekadar informasi, pada 18 April 2022, Trijaya melepas 53,52 juta dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp253 per saham senilai Rp13,54 miliar. Dengan transaksi itu, saham Trijaya berkurang 3,07 persen menjadi 288,25 juta lembar alias 16,55 persen dari sebelumnya 341,77 juta lembar setara 19,62 persen.

Sebelumnya, periode 7, dan 12 April 2022, Trijaya melepas 135 juta saham First Media senilai Rp35,28 Miliar. Transaksi dilakukan dengan kisaran harga Rp252-275 per lembar. Menyusul transaksi tersebut, saham Trijaya tersisa 341,77 juta lembar atau 19,62 persen. Artinya, dengan dua kali transaksi itu, Trijaya melepas 135 juta lembar setara 7,75 persen dari sebelumnya 27,37 persen.

Per 31 Maret 2022, pemegang saham First Media selain Trijaya Putra Mulia antara lain PT Reksa Puspita Karya 588,16 juta lembar atau 33,76 persen, Ciptadana Capital 342,56 juta lembar setara 19,67 persen, dan masyarakat 334,66 juta lembar selevel 19,2 persen. (*)
