Alkindo (ALDO) Alirkan Dividen Rp1,6 per Lembar, Ikuti Jadwalnya

EmitenNews.com – PT Alkindo Naratama (ALDO) akan menebar dividen Rp2,08 miliar. Itu sekitar 2,7 persen dari torehan laba bersih tahun lalu senilai Rp75,85 miliar. Alhasil, sebanyak 1.285.416.220 saham akan menerima guliran dividen Rp1,6 per lembar. 

Selanjutnya, sisa Rp73,77 miliar atau setara 97,3 persen dari laba bersih tahun buku 2021 dicatat sebagai laba ditahan alias retained earnings. Keputusan itu, telah ditetapkan dalam rapat pemegang saham tahunan pada 9 Juni 2022. Jadwal distribusi dividen sebagai berikut. 

Cum dividen pasar reguler dan pasar negosiasi pada 17 Juni 2022. Ex dividen pasar reguler dan pasar negosiasi pada 23 Juni 2022. Cum dividen pasar tunai pada 21 Juni 2022. Ex dividen pasar tunai pada 27 Juni 2022. Daftar pemegang saham yang berhak atas dividen tunai pada 21 Juni 2022 pukul 16.00 WIB. 

Pencairan dividen tunai pada 15 Juli 2022. Pembagian dividen itu, dilatari laporan keuangan per 31 Desember 2021. Di mana, sepanjang tahun lalu, Alkindo mencatat laba bersih Rp75,85 miliar. Saldo laba ditahan dengan penggunaan tidak dibatasi senilai Rp276,9 miliar. Dan, total ekuitas sejumlah Rp703,4 miliar. (*)
