Anak Pendiri Sinar Mas Grup Mundur Sebagai Wakil Preskom Dian Swastatika (DSSA)

EmitenNews.com –  Indra Widjaja mengundurkan diri sebagai Wakil Presiden Komisaris (Preskom) di perusahaan tambang batu bara Sinar Mas Grup yaitu  PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk. (DSSA).

 Susan Chandra Corporate Secretary DSSA Dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (12/7)  menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri  Indra Widjaja pada tanggal 8 Juli 2022 selaku Wakil Presiden Komisaris DSSA.

Susan  tidak merinci alasan pengunduran diri dari Anak Eka Tjipta Widjaja pendiri Sinarmas grup tersebut. ” Pengunduran diri tersebut akan berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 8 Agustus 2022 dan akan disahkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan berikutnya, tulis Susan.

Sebagai informasi, Indra Widjaja pertama kali diangkat di perusahaan tambang milik Sinar Mas Grup tersebut sebagai Wakil Presiden Komisaris  berdasarkan keputusan RUPST Perseroan tanggal 16 Mei 2013 dan diangkat kembali berdasarkan keputusan RUPST Perseroan pada tanggal 18 Juni 2014 dan 18 Juni 2019.

Susan menambahkan “Pengunduran diri ini tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap DSSA,”pungkasnya.
