Bakar Duit Rp3,31 Triliun, Djarum Group Resmi Gulung 5 Persen Saham Sarana Menara (TOWR)

EmitenNews.com – PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan (DIA) resmi mengempit 5 persen saham Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR). Itu setelah menuntaskan penawaran tender sukarela maksimal 2.550.731.300 lembar alias 2,55 miliar helai. Harga pelaksanaan tender offer dipatok pada kisaran Rp1.300 per helai.

Menyusul skema harga itu, perusahaan milik konglomerat Robert Budi Hartono, dan Bambang Hartono itu, merogoh kocek sekitar Rp3,31 triliun. Dengan perampungan transaksi itu, Dwimuria Investama menggenggam 2.550.831.300 lembar alias 2,55 miliar saham dari sebelumnya hanya 100 ribu lembar. 

Entitas usaha di bawah bendera Djarum Group itu, menggeber tender offer saham Sarana Menara pada 4 Agustus 2022 hingga 2 September 2022. Harga penawaran tender offer dipatok Rp1.300 per saham, lebih besar 28,7 persen dari harga acuan. Dwimuria Investama perusahaan holding investasi dengan kepemilikan 54,94 persen saham Bank Central Asia (BBCA). 

Dwimuria Investama juga melakukan investasi portofolio pada saham, dan instrumen utang, baik tercatat atau tidak tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Saham Dwimuria Investama dimiliki Robert Budi Hartono 107.416.047 lembar alias setara Rp107 triliun setara 51 persen. Lalu, 49 persen dikempit Bambang Hartono dengan porsi 103.203.653 lembar selevel Rp103 triliun. 

Per 31 Agustus 2022, Pemegang saham Sarana Menara antara lain PT Sapta Adhikari 27,76 miliar lembar atau 54,42 persen, masyarakat 21,72 miliar lembar alias 42,58 persen, Ario Wibisono 229,99 juta lembar setara 0,45 persen, Ferdinandus Aming 10,85 juta helai atau 0,02 persen, dan Adam Gifari 50,74 juta lembar atau selevel 0,09 persen. 

Menyudahi perdagangan Kamis, 15 September 2022, saham Sarana Menara turun 5 poin atau 0,42 persen menjadi Rp1.190 per lembar. Lima hari terakhir, mengalami koreksi 55 poin atau 4,42 persen dari edisi 9 September 2022 di level Rp1.245 per saham. Sarana Menara menggendong market cap Rp60,71 triliun dengan P/E rasio 17,30 kali, dan dividen yield 2,03 persen. (*)
