Bali Tower peroleh fasilitas kredit Rp100 miliar dari Bank Victoria

JAKARTA. PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) telah menandatangani perjanjian kredit senilai Rp100 miliar dengan PT Bank Victoria Tbk (BVIC) yang akan digunakan untuk restrukturisasi utang dan refinancing proyek perseroan.

Lily Hidayat, Wakil Direktur Utama BALI, menjelaskan fasilitas kredit tersebut memiliki jangka waktu selama 60 bulan, sejak tanggal penandatanganan perjanjian yaitu 22 Februari 2022. Ada 9 aset milik perseroan yang dijadikan sebagai jaminan kepada BVIC.

“Transaksi ini dilakukan dalam rangka take over fasilitas kredit di PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk (PNBS) dan refinancing pembangunan menara telekomunikasi beserta jaringannya dan perangkat FTTx beserta jaringannya,” kata Hidayat lewat keterangan resmi.

Sebanyak 8 dari 9 aset yang dijaminkan berupa Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) atas properti yang dimiliki BALI dan tersebar di Banten hingga Jawa Timur. Kemudian 1 aset lainnya merupakan menara telekomunikasi yang dimiliki perseroan.

Setelah take over fasilitas kredit di PNBS, BALI optimis bisa memperoleh suku bunga yang lebih kompetitif di masa mendatang. Dengan demikian perseroan dapat menurunkan beban keuangannya di masa mendatang. (KR)
