Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA) Siapkan Rp843 Miliar Untuk Bayar Obligasi Jatuh Tempo

EmitenNews.com—PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) menyatakan telah menyiapkan dana Rp843 miliar untuk melakukan pembayaran Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Niaga Tahap III Tahun 2017 Seri C.

Dalam keterbukaan informasi di situs BEI, Rabu (12/10), Direktur Kepatuhan sekaligus Corporate Secretary BNGA, Fransiska Oei, mengatakan bahwa merujuk pada Peraturan OJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 perihal Keterbukaan Atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, bersama ini BNGA telah menyiapkan dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Niaga Tahap III Tahun 2017 Seri C (Obligasi).

“Dananya sebesar Rp843.000.000.000,- (Delapan Ratus Empat Puluh Tiga Milyar Rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 2 November 2022 mendatang,” kata Fransiska.

Fransiska menegaskan aksi korporasi ini tidak menimbulkan dampak atas informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha BNGA.

“Dana untuk Pembayaran Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Niaga Tahap III Tahun 2017 Seri C tersebut saat ini tersedia dalam penempatan pada Bank Indonesia,” tutup Fransiska.
