Bank KB Bukopin (BBKP) Serap Dana Obligasi Rp1,9 Triliun, Ini Alokasinya

EmitenNews.com – PT Bank KB Bukopin (BBKP) menyerap dana hasil obligasi senilai Rp1,9 triliun. Alokasi itu berarti 96 persen dari koleksi bersih dana hasil obligasi Rp1,98 triliun. Jadi, dana hasil obligasi terbitan 2021 masih tersisa Rp85,98 miliar. 

Realisasi penggunaan dana tahap II periode Januari-Juni 2022 sebagai berikut. Sejumlah Rp781 miliar menyasar pengembangan pembiayaan perseroan sebagai fokus utama. Yaitu, kredit UMKM, kredit konsumer, kredit kepemilikan rumah, dan kredit kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor (masuk tahap pertama).

Dilanjut pada tahap II dengan fokus sama seperti tahap pertama yaitu menyedot investasi Rp1,1 triliun. Realisasi itu, belum 100 persen sebagaimana tercantum dalam prospektus. Pasalnya, penyerapan dana tahap dua dialokasikan sebanyak Rp1,2 triliun.

Sekadar informasi, 31 Agustus 2021, Bank KB Bukopin menghelat obligasi berkelanjutan sejumlah Rp2 triliun. Setelah dikurangi biaya penawaran umum Rp13,92 miliar, perseroan mentabulasi dana obligasi bersih Rp1,98 triliun. (*)
