Bayu Adiwijaya Soepono Tutup Usia, Supreme Cable (SCCO) dan Tembaga Mulia (TBMS) Berduka

EmitenNews.com—Kabar duka menyelimuti dua emiten yaitu perusahaan kabel nasional PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing & Commerce Tbk (SCCO) dan perusahaan industri kawat tembaga PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk (TBMS).

Manajemen kedua emiten ini mengumumkan Bayu Adiwijaya Soepono yang menjabat  Presiden Direktur SCCO dan juga Presiden Komirasi TBMS telah meninggal dunia.

“Telah meninggal dunia Bapak Bayu Adiwijaya Soepono selaku Presiden Direktur Perseroan pada hari Minggu tanggal 22 Januari 2023 (waktu Canada), atau pada hari Senin, 23 Januari 2023 (waktu Indonesia),” kata Corporate Secretary SCCO Risti Saka, Selasa (24/1/2023).

Risti belum merinci secara detil penyebab perusahaan wafatnya bos perusahaan yang berkantor pusat di Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat itu.

Namun, dia memastikan kegiatan operasional hingga keuangan perusahaan tetap berjalan.

Mengutip situs resmi perusahaan, Bayu Adiwijaya adalah anak dari Presiden Komisaris perseroan, Elly Soepono.


Adapun hubungan antar kedua emiten ini terafiliasi disebabkan oleh kepemilikan saham, dimana SCCO yang bertengger di papan utama perdagangan menguasai 124.200.000 lembar saham atau 33.81 persen saham TBMS yang ada di papan pengembangan BEI.
