Beban Bengkak, Laba Shield On Service (SOSS) Terkuras 15 Persen jadi Rp23 Miliar

EmitenNews.com—PT Shield On Service Tbk (SOSS) mencetak laba bersih Rp23,83 miliar sepanjang 2022. Angka tersebut turun 15,70 persen secara tahunan (year on year/yoy).

Sebelumnya, menurut laporan keuangan perusahaan, laba bersih SOSS mencapai Rp28,27 miliar pada 2021.

Padahal, pendapatan bersih perusahaan tumbuh 10,06 persen yoy dari Rp1,39 triliun pada 2021 menjadi Rp1,53 triliun pada periode yang sama tahun lalu.

Rinciannya, pendapatan jasa penyedia sumber daya mencapai Rp809,83 miliar, jasa kemanan sebesar Rp414,47 miliar, jasa kebersihan Rp273,71 miliar. Kemudian, pendapatan dari segmen jasa parkir sebesar Rp30,33 miliar dan pendapatan lain-lain Rp763,35 juta sepanjang 2022.

Namun, terdampak pembengkakan beban pokok sebesar 10,07 persen menjadi Rp1,36 triliun dan beban umum & administrasi yang naik 19,67 persen menjadi Rp122,59 miliar yang ikut menekan kinerja bottom line perusahaan.

Dari laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian, total aset perusahaan mencapai Rp345,36 miliar per 31 Desember 2022, tumbuh 8,55 persen yoy dibandingkan posisi periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp318,17 miliar.

Sementara, total liabilitas Rp135,63 miliar (turun 2,28 persen yoy) dan total ekuitas tercatat sebesar Rp212,82 miliar (naik 16,59 persen yoy) per 31 Desember 2022.

Informasi saja, Shield On Service merupakan emiten yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa kebersihan, jasa sumber daya manusia, dan jasa manajemen parkir.

SOSS merupakan emiten yang terafiliasi oleh Grup Sinar Mas. Menurut data Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) per 28 Februari 2023, sebesar 7,73 persen saham SOSS digenggam oleh PT Sinar Mas Cakrawalail.

Selain Sinar Mas Cakrawalail, saham SOSS juga dimiliki oleh PT Puragaha Dianpertiwi (31 persen), PT Nusantara Suryamukti (25,5 persen), dan PT Inlife (18,83 persen).
