EmitenNews.com – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) melansir 51 emiten tidak taat aturan. Per 30 Juni 2022, puluhan emiten bandel tersebut belum menyetor laporan keuangan interim. Emiten-emiten itu, dikena peringatan tertulis II, dan denda Rp50 juta.

Batas waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan Interim berakhir 31 Maret 2022 tidak diaudit, dan tidak ditelaah secara terbatas akuntan publik setelah peringatan tertulis I. Lalu, untuk laporan keuangan interim berakhir per 31 Maret 2022 ditelaah secara terbatas akuntan publik pada 30 Juni 2022. 

Nah, daftar 51 perusahaan belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan interim per Maret 2022 tidak diaudit, dan tidak ditelaah terbatas sebagai berikut.
