BEI Ungkap Ada 34 Perusahaan yang Bakal “Right Issue” Senilai Rp 12,9 Triliun

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), I Gede Nyoman Yetna mengunkapkan, hingga saat ini terdapat 34 perusahaan yang berencana melakukan right issue atau Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (HMETD). Dari jumlah perusahaan tersebut, diprediksi dana right issue mencapai Rp 12,9 triliun. “Berdasarkan catatan kami, sampai dengan tanggal 21 Februari 2022, sudah ada 34 perusahaan yang berencana melakukan right issue dengan dana yang direncanakan sebesar Rp 12,94 triliun,” kata Nyoman kepada wartawan, Senin (21/2/2022).

Nyoman merinci, dari total 34 perusahaan, terdapat empat perusahaan BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) yang berencana melakukan right issue senilai Rp 7,8 triliun. “Berdasarkan data yang ada, terdapat perusahaan BUMN yang merencanakan untuk melakukan right issue. Sampai dengan tanggal 21 Februari 2022, sudah ada 4 Perusahaan Tercatat yang telah melaksanakan right issue dengan total dana yang berhasil dihimpun sebesar Rp 7,81 triliun,” jelas Nyoman.

Walau demikian, Nyoman mengungkapkan BEI tidak menetapkan target penerbitan right issue oleh perusahaan tercatat. Pelaksanaan right issue, tentunya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. “Bursa tidak menetapkan target tertentu atas right issue Perusahaan Tercatat. Pelaksanaan right issue dikembalikan kepada Perusahaan Tercatat, yang tentunya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing Perusahaan Tercatat,” tegas Nyoman.
