Bergerak tidak Wajar, BEI Awasi Saham Bhakti Multi Artha (BHAT)

EmitenNews.com – Saham PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT) dinilai bergerak tidak wajar. Karena itu, mendorong Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mencermati pola transaksi saham emiten berkode BHAT itu. BEI menilai ada indikasi pola transaksi yang tidak wajar pada saham BHAT yang di luar kebiasaan (Unusual Market Activity/UMA).

Dalam keterangannya yang dikutip Selasa (19/4/2022), Kepala Divisi Pengawasan Transaksi BEI, Lidia M. Panjaitan, mengungkapkan, patut dicermati kembali bahwa Pengumuman UMA tidak serta merta menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran terhadap peraturan perundang – undangan di bidang Pasar Modal.

Informasi terakhir mengenai Perusahaan Tercatat adalah 12 April 2022 yang dipublikasikan melalui website PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa) terkait laporan bulanan registrasi pemegang efek.

“Sehubungan dengan terjadinya UMA atas perdagangan saham BHAT, BEI meminta para investor memperhatikan jawaban perusahaan tercatat atas permintaan konfirmasi bursa.” Demikian tulis Lidia M. Panjaitan, dalam surat keterbukaan Informasi BEI.

Bursa juga menghimbau agar para investor mencermati kinerja perusahaan tercatat dan keterbukaan informasinya, serta mengkaji kembali rencana corporate action perseroan apabila belum mendapatkan persetujuan RUPS.

“Investor juga diharapkan mempertimbangkan berbagai kemungkinan yang dapat timbul di kemudian hari sebelum melakukan pengambilan keputusan investasi,” tegasnya.

Sebelumnya Bursa telah mengumumkan UMA pada 13 Oktober 2021 atas perdagangan saham BHAT. Kemudian, UMA (Unusual Market Activity) pada 20 Mei 2021 atas perdagangan saham BHAT. ***
