Bermodal Rp510 Miliar, Bank Sinarmas (BSIM) Perkuat Unit Syariahnya

EmitenNews.com—PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk (BSIM) menyapih unit usaha syariahnya dengan pendirian PT Bank Nano Syariah yang telah memperoleh persetujuan prinsip dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Dalam keterbukaan informasi yang diunggah di situs Bursa, Kamis (16/2), manajemen BSIM menyebutkan bahwa pendirian Bank Nano Syariah dilakukan bersama-sama dengan entitas bisnis keuangan Sinarmas lain, yakni PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) dan PT Asuransi Sinar Mas.

Untuk pendirian bank umum syariah, yang merupakan amanat dari UU Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan ( UUPS ) dan ditindaklanjuti lewat Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa BSIM pada 14 Juni 2022 tersebut, BSIM melakukan setoran modal senilai Rp510 miliar yang berasal dari dana internal Perseroan.

Penyertaan Modal yang dilakukan BSIM kepada PT Bank Nano Syariah bersumber dari modal yang dimiliki dan akan menjadi pengurang modal inti Perseroan.

“Namun demikian, rasio kecukupan modal Perseroan (BSIM) akan tetap kuat dan diprediksi masih berada direntang 27 persen sampai 30 persen. Total aset Perseroan setelah Pemisahan unit usaha syariahnya itu akan tetap terjaga di atas Rp 40 triliun. Seiring dengan peningkatan kinerja intermediasi Perseroan, maka laba yang dihasilkan serta total aset diprediksi akan terus bertumbuh di tahun-tahun mendatang,” papar keterbukaan informasi tersebut.
