BFI Finance (BFIN) Tebar Sisa Dividen Rp149 Miliar, Intip Tabel Pencairannya

EmitenNews.com – PT BFI Finance Indonesia (BFIN) bakal menabur total dividen Rp254 miliar. Itu setara 22,5 persen dari laba bersih tahun lalu sejumlah Rp1,13 triliun. Jadi, pemegang saham akan mengantongi dividen Rp17 per lembar.

Gelindingan dividen itu, sudah termasuk dividen interim sejumlah Rp105 miliar setara Rp7 per lembar pada 23 Desember 2021. Dengan begitu, perseroan tinggal melunasi sisa dividen Rp149 miliar atau setara dengan Rp10 per lembar saham. 

Selanjutnya, senilai Rp5 miliar dari laba bersih dialokasikan sebagai dana cadangan. Lalu, sejumlah Rp872 miliar atau kurang lebih 77,5 persen dari laba bersih dicatat sebagai laba ditahan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan. Itu ditetapkan dalam rapat umum pemegang saham pada 29 Juni 2022. 

Dan, jadwal pembagian dividen sebagai berikut. Cum dividen pasar reguler dan pasar negosiasi pada 7 Juli 2022. Ex dividen pasar reguler dan pasar negosiasi pada 8 Juli 2022. Cum dividen pasar tunai pada 11 Juli 2022. Ex dividen pasar tunai pada 12 Juli 2022. Pencairan dividen tunai pada 28 Juli 2022. 

Daftar pemegang saham berhak atas dividen tunai pada 11 Juli 2022 pukul 16.00 WIB. Pembagian dividen itu, didasari laporan keuangan per 31 Desember 2021 dengan laba bersih Rp1,13 triliun. Saldo laba ditahan dengan alokasi penggunaan tidak dibatasi Rp6,57 triliun, dan total ekuitas Rp7,43 triliun. (*)
