Biji Kopi, Anak Usaha Anyar Wahana Interfood (COCO) yang Berbasis di Bandung

EmitenNews.com—Bergerak di Industri pengolahan kakao dan cokelat, PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk (COCO) pada 29 September 2022 telah melakukan Pendirian anak usaha bernama PT Biji Kopi Internusa.

Merujuk keterangan resmi COCO pada yang dilaporkan kepada regulator, Kamis (6/10/2022) disebutkan, bahwa berdasarkan Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas PT Biji Kopi Internusa Nomor 122, tertanggal 29 September 2022 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Risdiyani Tanda, Sarjana Hukum, Notaris di Bandung, Perseroan telah mendirikan anak usaha baru yang berkedudukan di Bandung.

Perseroan memiliki saham sebesar 99% atau sebanyak 2.475.000 lembar saham dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp 247.500.000. 

Adapun struktur permodalan sebagai berikut: Modal Dasar berjumlah Rp. 1 miliar, terbagi atas 10 juta lembar saham, masing-masing saham bernilai nominal Rp100. Modal ditempatkan dan disetor sebesar 25% atau berjumlah Rp 250 juta  yang terbagi atas 2.500.000 lembar saham.

“Tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan,” kata Reinald Siswanto Direktur Utama COCO.
