Bos Bani Borong lagi Saham Samudera Indonesia (SMDR), Masih Murah Pak?

JAKARTA, investor.id – Direktur Utama PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) Bani Maulana Mulia kembali membeli sebanyak 40.000 saham perseroan.

Dalam keterbukaan informasi, dikutip Kamis (22/9/2022), dijelaskan bahwa tanggal transaksi pembelian saham ini dilakukan pada 20 September 2022 dengan harga pembelian Rp 2.590 per saham.

Oleh karenanya, nilai transaksi pembelian saham oleh bos SMDR itu mencapai Rp 103,6 juta.

Sebelum transaksi ini, Bani menggenggam 6.509.100 saham SMDR atau 0,198%. Setelah transaksi, jumlahnya bertambah jadi 6.549.100 saham atau 0,199%.

“Tujuan dari transaksi, investasi,” ungkap Direktur Kepatuhan dan Sekretaris Perusahaan SMDR Farida Helianti Sastrosatomo dalam keterbukaan informasi.

Sebelumnya, Pak Bani, sapaan akrab Bani Maulana, juga membeli saham perseroan. Bani melakukan transaksi pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2022 dan 8 September 2022.

Pada 31 Agustus 2022, Bani melakukan top-up sebanyak 164.500 saham SMDR di harga Rp 2.695 per saham. Setelah transaksi ini, Bani menjadi menggenggam 6.444.100 saham SMDR atau 0,196%, dari sebelumnya 6.279.600 saham atau 0,191%.

Sedangkan, pada 8 September 2022, Bani membeli 65.000 saham SMDR dengan harga pembelian di kisaran Rp 2.420-2.500 per saham. Setelah transaksi ini, Bani menjadi mengempat sebanyak 6.509.100 saham SMDR atau 0,198%.

Adapun pada perdagangan Rabu (21/9/2022), SMDR diparkir di Rp 2.440 atau sama dengan penutupan pasar pada Selasa (20/9/2022). Dalam satu bulan terakhir, SMDR terpantau melemah 3,56%.
