Bumi Resources (BUMI) Punya Direktur Baru dari CDB dan CIC

Jajaran Direksi dan Komisaris BUMI dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST), 29 Juli 2022.

JAKARTA, investor.id – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) telah menyelenggarakan rapat umum pemegang saham tahunan (RUPST) secara daring pada 29 Juli 2022. “Semua keputusan telah disetujui oleh para pemegang saham,” jelas manajemen Bumi Resources dalam keterangannya, Sabtu (30/7/2022).

Persetujuan itu meliputi laporan pertanggungjawaban direksi untuk tahun buku 2021, penunjukan akuntan publik tahun ini, perubahan komposisi dewan direksi, dan penegasan kembali untuk menerbitkan saham baru dengan konversi OWK lokal.

Berikut perubahan dewan direksi BUMI:

– Shuyou Dong (Dongshuyou) diangkat sebagai direktur perusahaan, yang dicalonkan oleh China Development Bank (CDB).

– Jian Wang (Alex) diangkat sebagai direktur perusahaan, yang dicalonkan oleh China Investment Corporation (CIC).
