Buyback Rp100 Miliar, Kresna Graha (KREN) Tunggu Restu Para Saudagar

EmitenNews.com – PT Kresna Graha Investama (KREN) menyiapkan dana maksimal Rp100 miliar. Itu disiagakan untuk menghelat buyback saham maksimum 10 persen dari seluruh modal ditempatkan, dan disetor penuh. 

Biaya melaksanakan pembelian kembali saham dari saldo kas internal. Perseroan telah menyisihkan sejumlah dana untuk buyback saham dari dana lebih yang tidak akan mengganggu operasional. Biaya dari pembelian kembali adalah imbalan jasa atas transaksi pembelian saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) melalui perusahaan perantara pedagang efek, yaitu maksimum 0,25 persen dari nilai transaksi.

Modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh perseroan 18.208.470.100 lembar per 31 Desember 2021 dengan nilai nominal Rp5 per saham. Di mana, kepemilikan masyarakat (di bawah 5 persen) sebanyak 12.750.602.466 lembar saham atau 70,03 persen. Hajatan itu, paling telat digelar 5 Januari 2024 atau 18 bulan dari persetujuan RUPSLB 5 Juli 2022.

Perseroan berkeyakinan, pelaksanaan buyback saham tidak mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan, dan tidak berdampak atas biaya pembiayaan. Itu mengingat dana untuk buyback dari kas internal sehingga laporan laba rugi perseroan akan tetap sejalan dengan target perseroan. Jadi, pelaksanaan buyback saham tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan usaha.

Perseroan berharap buyback menyetabilkan harga saham dalam kondisi pasar fluktuatif, dan bergejolak. Buyback saham memberi fleksibilitas dalam mengelola modal jangka panjang, dan dapat dijual di masa mendatang dengan nilai optimal kalau diperlukan. Selain itu, buyback diharap memberi fleksibilitas untuk mencapai struktur permodalan efisien, dan mencerminkan kinerja perseroan melalui harga saham. 

Nah, untuk memuluskan rencana itu, perseroan akan mementaskan rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa pada Selasa, 5 Juli 2022. Rapat digeber pukul 14.00 WIB berlokasi di Tower D, Lantai 2 18 Parc Place SCBD, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta. (*)
