Cek, Ini Batas Akhir Perdagangan Stock Split Saham Siloam Hospitals (SILO)

EmitenNews.com – PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) akan melakukan pemecahan nilai nominal saham atau stock split dengan rasio 1:8. Rencana stock split ini telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada 22 Maret lalu

Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) dalam pengumuman resmi menyampaikan , SILO akan stock split dari nilai nominal Rp 100 per saham menjadi Rp 12,5 per saham. Pasca stock split,  jumlah saham akan menjadi 13 miliar saham dari 1,62 saham.

Akhir perdagangan saham dengan Nilai Nominal Lama (Nominal Rp 100,- per saham) di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi 7 April 2022.

Mulai perdagangan saham dengan Nilai Nominal Baru (Nominal Rp 12,5 per saham)di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi 8 April 2022

Tanggal terakhir penyelesaian transaksi saham dengan Nilai Nominal Lama Rp 100,-

Tanggal Pencatatan (Recording Date) pada 11 April 2022

Tanggal distribusi saham dengan Nilai Nominal Baru Rp 12,5 perdagangan saham di Pasar Tunai dengan Nilai Nominal Baru dan dimulainya penyelesaian transaksi saham dengan Nilai Nominal Baru pada 11 April 2022.
