Central Omega Resources (DKFT) Caplok 32 Persen Saham Perusahaan Nikel Senilai Rp208 M

EmitenNews.com—PT Central Omega Resources Tbk (DKFT) telah mengambil alih 32 persen porsi kepemilikan pada PT Cor Industri Indonesia (CORII), perusahaan pengolahan dan pemurnian atau smelter Ferro Nikel di Morawali Utara pada tanggal 12 Januari 2023.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten tambang mineral itu pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Senin (16/1/2023) bahwa nilai pengambil alihan sebanyak 208.948 lembar saham smelter nikel itu setara dengan Rp208,94 miliar.

Hasilnya, DKFT kini memegang 391.776 lembar saham atau 60 persen saham CORII.

Sedangkan sisanya, 40 persen dikuasai oleh PT Macrolink Nickel Development.

“Tidak ada dampak dari transaksi itu, sebab DKFT tetap sebagai pemegang saham pengendali CORII,” tulis manajemen DKFT.

Pasalnya, DKFT membeli 32 persen saham CORII dari 3 anak usahanya sendiri.

Rincinya, PT Bumi Konawe Abadi menyerahkan 195.888 lembar CORII.

Lalu, PT Mulia Pacific Resources menjual 6.530 lembar saham, dan dari PT Itmara Nusantara, DKFT menerima 6.530 lembar saham CORII.
