Clawback, Duo Petinggi Lepas 68.500 Saham Bank Mandiri (BMRI) Rp4.263 per Lembar

EmitenNews.com – Dua direksi melepas saham Bank Mandiri (BMRI) senilai Rp292 juta. Duo petinggi bank pelat merah itu, menyerahkan 68.500 lembar dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp4.263 per lembar.

Transaksi serentak dilakukan pada 22 Juni 2022. Pengurus teras perseroan itu, melibatkan Alexandra Askandar, dan Agus Dwi Handaya. Keduanya, tercatat dalam jajaran dewan direksi Bank Mandiri.

Alexandra Askandar tercatat mengembalikan 33.500 lembar pada harga pelaksanaan Rp4.263 per lembar senilai Rp142 juta. Dengan transaksi itu, koleksi saham Alex menjadi 2,08 juta lembar atau 0,00447 persen. Berkurang dari sebelumnya dengan tabulasi 2,12 juta lembar alias 0,00455 persen.   

Selanjutnya, Agus Dwi Handaya melepas 35 ribu lembar dengan harga Rp4.263 per lembar senilai Rp149 juta. Setelah transaksi itu, saham Agus tersisa 1,60 juta lembar atau 0,00343 persen. Menukik dari sebelum transaksi 1,63 juta lembar alias 0,0035 persen. 

”Tujuan transaksi clack saham pejabat eksekutif dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Rudi As Aturridah, Corporate Secretary Bank Mandiri (BMRI). 

Sekadar informasi, clawback ialah suatu perjanjian antara bank dengan direksi, dewan komisaris atau pegawai. Di mana, direksi, dewan komisaris atau pegawai setuju untuk mengembalikan remunerasi bersifat variabel yang diterima sepanjang memenuhi kriteria tertentu yang ditetapkan bank. (*)
